Living and thriving with Nature: Engagement tools for fostering social-ecological resilience and co-creating Nature-based Solutions

E-book

The synergistic approach of nature-based solutions (NbS) focusing on biodiversity, climate change resilience and wellbeing holds transformative potential through its inclusion of people and nature. It integrates local knowledges, values and needs while acknowledging the interconnections between humans and nature. Harnessing the transformative potential of working with people and nature requires actionable, principle-based tools that help us engage multi-level actors including decision makers and civil society in an inclusive and empowering manner.

This call for contributions is an NBRACER initiative that gathers effective, inclusive and just strategies for engaging diverse stakeholders in NbS design, implementation, and monitoring. It collects engagement tools that are practical, effective and meaningful that seek to connect, inspire and empower different actors in their climate resilient journeys.
