The NBRACER immersive visit in the Cávado region (April 29–30) showcased how Nature-based Solutions are already shaping climate resilience in practice. From workshops in Braga on governance, finance, and flood modelling to field visits in Esposende, Barcelos, and beyond, participants explored how NbS reduce flood risks, mitigate heat stress, and enhance biodiversity. The exchange reinforced a clear message: scaling NbS requires alignment across institutions and territories, and turning shared ambition into concrete action.
